From our manufacturing to our delivery, we do our best to ensure you'll be pleased with your new purchase. Accordingly we have made our policies SIMPLE, STRAIGHT and FAIR.

UNITED STATES & CANADA
We ship throughout most Canada and lower 48 states. We can't deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO (For all other locations please contact us for a shipping quote)

HOW LONG Est. 6-14 business days.
WHERE

Our Free Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage". If you live in a house, this will be the front door of your house. If you live in an apartment, this will be the front door of your apartment complex.

We cannot navigate stairs with our delivery equipment. If you would prefer to have your new furniture up stairs and/or inside your home please choose an upgraded shipping option.

White Glove: There are optional White Glove delivery services including inside delivery into room of choice and assembly for an additional fee. Please select your desired option at checkout.

INSTRUCTIONS

Inspect your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces.

* If damage is noted, accept delivery and sign off with the carrier "damaged upon arrival". If an item is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse delivery. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of missing, damaged or incorrect item(s) represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition



II. RETURNS

DEFINITION 14 days no-questions asked return policy with no-restocking fees as long as in like-new condition and original packaging If in the unlikely event, your item arrives in less than perfect condition

HOW Please contact our customer service to get a return authorization. We will dispatch a carrier to pick up your merchandize and ship it back to our warehouse. Indicate the problem on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours of your delivery at 1-844-888-FUMA or email us at service@furnituremaison.com and we will make it right.
PACKAGING Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Place the product in its original packaging, as without this, we will not be able to accept your return. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND Upon inspection of the product at our facility, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear. Upon inspection of the product at our facility, we will do our best to make things right.
